๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Varicent's GTM Enablement team to optimize sales tech stack and create scalable documentation for global revenue teams. You'll bridge process excellence with enablement strategies to empower sellers and drive enterprise success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create and maintain documentation on GTM processes, playbooks, and tool usage.
- Support delivery of onboarding programs and virtual training sessions.
- Develop training content including job aids, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Promote tool adoption through training resources and communication plans.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations.
- Experience supporting an enterprise sales environment.
- Strong ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI to support GTM teams.
- Background in global enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
