💼 About This Role

You'll lead the KYB operations team at MoonPay, owning the onboarding and compliance review process for business customers. Your core impact is setting team KPIs and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of KYB Operations Analysts
• Set individual and team KPIs and provide regular reporting
• Oversee end-to-end KYB review process ensuring compliance
• Own QA frameworks and implement corrective actions
• Improve operational workflows and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in KYB, KYC, or AML operations
• Experience managing an operational team with performance track record
• Deep expertise in corporate KYB reviews including UBO identification
• Strong process design skills for scalable operational workflows

• Familiarity with crypto, stablecoin, and Web3 business models
• Experience with compliance tooling or case management systems
• Exposure to BPO teams or multi-vendor operational environments
