💼 About This Role

You'll manage all clinical trial activities at a community physician practice, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. You'll coordinate study start-up, subject recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits while mentoring staff in trial management. This role offers the chance to improve patient access to advanced therapies in a patient-centered research model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct and manage clinical trial activities per protocols and regulations.
• Complete required training including ICH-GCP and IATA certification.
• Mentor and train staff in trial conduct and communication.
• Coordinate study start-up, vendor management, and subject recruitment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant life science experience.
• Associate's degree with 4 years relevant life science experience.
• High School Graduate with 6 years relevant life science experience.
• Clinical Research Coordinator experience of at least 1 year.

✨ Nice to Have

• GCP certification.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification.
• Experience performing clinical assessments (vitals, EKGs, blood draws).
