💼 About This Role

You'll execute security programs and processes to protect associates, customers, and assets at our facility. You'll manage vehicle movement at gates, conduct patrols, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You'll be the face of Carvana at the entrance, providing great customer service and de-escalating situations effectively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings
• Partner with team to handle badge creation and CCTV reviews
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access technology
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA program
• Experience supporting crisis prevention plans
