💼 About This Role

You'll coach employees on safety procedures and conduct on-site safety audits to ensure compliance across construction sites. You'll also support HSE improvement initiatives and participate in incident investigations, helping build a strong safety culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach employees on correct application of safety procedures
• Conduct on-site safety audits and follow up corrective actions
• Deliver training sessions to raise awareness and compliance
• Participate in incident investigations and report findings

📋 Requirements

• Certified Prevention Advisor Level II
• At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience in construction or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety laws and practices
• Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
