You'll join a fast-growing fintech team behind the #1 finance app, blending hands-on sourcing with recruiting ops to build strong talent pipelines. You'll keep the recruiting engine running smoothly while hunting down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Run market maps to identify where top talent lives
• Own data hygiene in ATS and pull basic reports

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or ops
• Super organized and detail-oriented
• Curious and resourceful – figures things out quickly
• Strong communicator – clear, concise, candidate-friendly
