💼 About This Role

You'll perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. Your core impact is ensuring every vehicle meets our high-quality standards before reaching customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and a $4,000 - $6,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex repairs including engine, suspension, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues
• Complete repairs on wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems
• Work on electric and hybrid vehicles

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
