Your work will directly impact lead generation and revenue goals through end-to-end event management. This role offers the chance to own high-visibility events for a trusted brand in the accounting profession.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics for national conferences and trade shows
• Develop event timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to align events with business objectives
• Manage event budgets, invoices, and expenses, including monthly forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in event marketing or conference management
• Hands-on end-to-end in-person event execution experience
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and lead capture tools
• Ability to travel to major events as needed
