💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the customer success function at a fast-growing AI medical record retrieval startup. You will own end-to-end customer relationships and create scalable playbooks. This role offers high ownership and the chance to define the CS foundation for a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive ongoing account engagement and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience building CS playbooks and processes from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal tech or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Startup experience.
