💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted partner to Customer Success Managers to reduce churn by leading technical sessions and driving software adoption for the Abacum platform. You'll mentor customers on best practices to leverage FP&A tools for strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead in-depth technical conversations with customers to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Conduct compelling trainings and demonstrations of the Abacum platform.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive customer utilization and value realization.
  • Act as a bridge between CSMs, Research, Product, FP&A, and Sales teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in implementation/customer success for financial software.
  • OR 2+ years of FP&A experience (especially business partnering) seeking a customer success role.
  • Experience driving software adoption with customers and technical leaders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Technical understanding of FP&A software.
  • Experience working in a high-performance CSM team.
  • Ability to craft Technical Adoption Plans.
