💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program. You'll expand access to care for Medicaid and Medicare patients across the lifespan. This role offers 100% remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outpatient therapy via telehealth platform
• Perform comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals
• Document patient progress in electronic health records

📋 Requirements

• Master's level degree in social work or related field
• Active LCSW licensure in state of practice
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Private workspace for HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency
• Experience with substance abuse diagnosis
• Familiarity with telehealth software
