You'll own the strategy and operations of Jobber's ISV Marketplace program, building scalable frameworks to attract, enable, and retain partners. Your core impact will be growing the ecosystem through programmatic partner lifecycle management and cross-functional leadership. This role sits at the intersection of program management and platform strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define marketplace partner tiers, requirements, and engagement standards
• Design and implement scalable onboarding and certification frameworks
• Optimize marketplace operational processes and compliance
• Build reporting dashboards to track ecosystem KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in partner program management or marketplace operations within technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience designing or scaling ISV marketplace or app ecosystem programs
• Strong program management skills with cross-functional leadership ability
