💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise sales for a region, driving revenue and scaling a team of Account Executives at Tavily. Reporting to the VP of Worldwide Sales, you'll shape go-to-market strategy for AI-powered search and data infrastructure and close strategic deals with large organizations. This role offers high visibility in a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise revenue for your region including pipeline generation and forecasting
  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed targets
  • Drive complex sales cycles with senior buyers and executives
  • Develop territory and account strategies for high-value opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience
  • 2+ years leading enterprise sales teams with hiring and development track record
  • Proven ability to close large complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar pipelines with strong forecasting discipline

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or developer platforms
  • Familiarity with API-first or developer-led sales motions
  • Background at high-growth startups (Series A–D)
