Description

You will start as a Behavior Technician Trainee and work towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), helping individuals with Autism and IDDs reduce challenging behaviors and build functional skills. You'll implement therapy techniques, collect data, and work in clinics, homes, or the community.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass RBT exam

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients following treatment plans
• Implement behavior therapy techniques
• Document interventions and progress
• Collect behavior data on client goals
• Provide training and assistance for skill acquisition
