💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute access and business development strategy for biosimilar adoption at a value-based oncology care enabler. You'll translate access strategy into pricing models, stakeholder materials, and cross-functional execution, directly shaping payer and provider engagement to improve outcomes and lower costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop financial models for pricing, ASP, gross-to-net, and payer savings scenarios.
• Build provider segmentation and margin impact models under different pricing constructs.
• Lead pricing and access analytics including scenario planning across molecules.
• Drive structured execution with clear ownership, timelines, and accountability.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting with healthcare/life sciences market access
• Direct exposure to payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, or buy-and-bill economics
• Strong quantitative modeling skills (pricing, GTN, provider economics, scenario modeling)
• Experience building structured executive-ready materials and managing cross-functional initiatives

• Direct experience in biosimilars and/or buy-and-bill oncology
• Experience in an early-stage venture or building a new business line
• Experience supporting payer contracting negotiations or claims analytics
