💼 About This Role

You'll lead a zone cluster as the frontline owner, managing 3-6 Zone Leads and their technician teams. You'll own shift SLA delivery, floor conduct, and team culture. This role prioritizes leadership fundamentals over data center experience, actively recruiting from military, NOC, industrial, logistics, or trades backgrounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 3-6 Zone Leads including scheduling and performance management
• Own shift SLA delivery for ticket resolution across zone cluster
• Conduct written shift handoffs with no verbal-only exceptions
• Handle escalation discipline, resolving at your level first

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team directly with hiring, performance conversations, and disciplinary processes
• Experience in 24×7 or shift-based operations including scheduling and handoffs
• Track record of holding people accountable while building respect
• Calm response under pressure with instinct to resolve at your level

✨ Nice to Have

• Military NCO / Staff Sergeant or above background
• NOC Supervisor or Shift Lead experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or trades supervision experience
