You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated communications across Revolution Medicines' pipeline and product portfolio, shaping narratives for scientific, medical, patient, and media audiences in the oncology space.

Requirements

• 15+ years biotech or pharma communications experience
• Deep pipeline and product communications experience
• Proven people management experience
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated pipeline and product communications strategy across all development stages
• Direct communications for major clinical and regulatory milestones
• Serve as senior communications advisor for launch readiness
• Lead disease awareness and patient advocacy communications
• Provide strategic counsel on value, access, and product-related issues
