You'll lead the development of a scalable insurance platform that powers all of SimplePractice's insurance offerings. You'll drive **API integration strategy** and **platform architecture** to connect with clearinghouses, payers, and third-party solutions. This role combines deep product thinking with **technical expertise** to reduce administrative burden for health and wellness clinicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related experience with **3+ years focusing on technical products**.
• Strong background in **API development**, systems integration, and platform architecture.
• Deep understanding of **REST APIs** and willingness to learn insurance ecosystem technologies.
• Experience managing **external vendors**.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for insurance platform integration infrastructure and partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture decisions.
• Lead development of integration frameworks for clearinghouses, payers, and third-party solutions.
• Define and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patterns.
