You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an on-call substitute, maintaining a calm and engaging learning environment for children ages 0-6. Your core impact is ensuring consistency and care when full-time teachers are absent. No formal Montessori training required—training is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities
• Help create a warm, safe, engaging environment
• Collaborate with school staff for smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
