You'll drive the growth of partner programs while balancing legal requirements with practical business solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide counseling on partner programs and legal risks.
• Draft and negotiate partnership and alliance agreements.
• Advise on contract interpretation to accelerate velocity.
• Improve standard form agreements and legal processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of in-house experience.
• Experience negotiating partner agreements.
• Knowledge of privacy and security legal issues.
• Admitted to a U.S. state bar.

• Technology company experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign.
