Description

You will guide clients and contractor/supplier members through the pre-qualification and audit process, providing expert explanations and coaching on QHSE Audit requirements. Create and enhance audit resources, apply risk assessments across industries, and resolve customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry QHSE experience
• Proficient understanding of agencies such as EPA, MSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, ISO
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactive support and outreach for Avetta customers
• Create and enhance Avetta audit resources
• Provide clarification on gap assessments for contractor/supplier HSE management systems
• Coach contractors/suppliers in developing policies/procedures based on regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
