Description

As a BSA/AML Investigations Analyst II, you will independently investigate complex suspicious activity, file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and support KYC and risk matters. You will contribute to program enhancements, mentor junior analysts, and help maintain regulatory compliance in a hybrid remote-office environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or related discipline
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in BSA/AML investigations or financial crime analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in SAR drafting, complex investigations, and transaction monitoring systems
• In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML laws, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC sanctions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex risk scenarios

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate and resolve complex alerts and cases across multiple products and platforms
• Prepare, review, and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with high-quality narratives and supporting documentation
• Support KYC, onboarding, and customer risk matters, including escalated cases
• Identify investigative trends and contribute to tuning and optimization of transaction monitoring rules
• Serve as subject-matter resource and provide mentorship to Analyst I staff
