💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA's Salisbury Visits team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to geriatric clients in their homes throughout Rowan County. Your work will enable clients to receive medical care while remaining at home. This part-time role offers growth to full-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Making home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes
• Documenting observations and interventions in electronic medical records

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience
• Home health visits experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
