• Lead by example to validate in-store customer experience through Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, and conversion
• Promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixtures
