Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction to clients in their homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors. You'll customize workout programs, use the Svetness Fitness App to track progress, and conduct reassessments every 4-6 weeks, helping clients achieve their fitness goals while enjoying flexible scheduling and support.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited)
- CPR/AED Certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session programming and notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance with modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client session appointments through scheduling software
