Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
- Experience in inventory management, procurement, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Source and order parts from approved suppliers, tracking orders and expediting deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage, orders, and inventory transactions
- Liaise with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to forecast parts requirements
