Description

You will lead strategic and technical initiatives across our AI/ML product portfolio, driving product development, customer success, and internal program execution. You'll serve as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years overall experience in program management, with at least 7+ years in SaaS or AI/ML environments
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale software and data platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, scalable architectures, APIs, webhooks, and public cloud
• Experience with Edge computing, ETL pipelines, and data analytics
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs including new product development and customer deliverables
• Lead cross-functional planning across engineering, analytics, data science, product, and operations
• Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and actionable roadmaps
• Serve as primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
