Description

You will lead a team of designers building mission-critical internal tools and enterprise ecosystems at Oscar Health. Your mission is to ensure internal users receive high-quality, user-centric experiences that empower employees to deliver exceptional value, while partnering with Product and Engineering to define strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product design building and shipping applications
• 5+ years in a design leadership role contributing to people, process, and product strategies
• Experience shaping design direction and strategic thinking
• Engaging presentation skills for cross-functional audiences
• Ability to analyze and deconstruct complex systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable goals
• Ensure cohesive end-to-end ecosystems across Network Management, Provider Tooling, and Clinical Experiences
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of designers
• Represent product design in executive forums, articulating design rationale and business impact
• Implement scalable design processes and evolve a unified design language
