💼 About This Role

You'll lead the foundational platform layer of HighLevel's all-in-one marketing and sales platform, owning infrastructure, CRM primitives, and shared systems. You'll define product vision and manage a team of 25–30 PMs to build an extensible, scalable platform serving millions of businesses with modern automation and AI-driven workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term product vision and roadmap for platform and core products.
• Manage and coach a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers.
• Serve as bridge between platform engineering and product teams.
• Set quality standards for API design, system performance, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with design, engineering, QA, and data.

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in product management.
• 5+ years managing product managers.
• Experience scaling platform products in B2B SaaS companies ($500M-$1B ARR).
• Deep fluency in CRM, automation platforms, or workflow engines.
• Technical fluency to earn trust with engineering leadership.
