• Lead end-to-end production execution during final AAA game stages
• Drive project roadmap completion and resolve blockers
• Manage and mentor producers for high-performance delivery

📋 Requirements

• Shipped at least two AA+/AAA titles as Producer or Lead Producer
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure production environments
