๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and operate the full spectrum of HR across BJAK's global organization, spanning multiple countries and remote teams. Your core impact will be building and scaling the HR function in a fast-growing international environment, acting as a trusted leader and practical problem-solver for founders and senior leaders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end HR function across all regions.
- Lead critical hiring for technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Partner with founders on organization design and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen retention.
๐ Requirements
- End-to-end HR experience in a fast-growing international organization.
- Hands-on at both strategic and execution levels.
- Multi-country HR management including local entities and remote employees.
- Expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.

- Experience with EOR structures.
- Background in high-growth tech startups.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian employment laws.
