💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry with innovative technology. You'll perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts using a tech-enabled platform. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance when required

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
