You'll own HubSpot and automation stack to scale go-to-market at a crypto data platform. You'll design clean processes, build reporting, and use AI tools to drive pipeline growth. This role is high-impact and cross-functional, ideal for someone who loves systems and process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and optimize HubSpot CRM data, workflows, and reporting
• Design Clay + Ocean outbound flows with AI-driven enrichment
• Define ICPs, build lead pipelines, enforce attribution standards
• Create dashboards for pipeline health and ROI

📋 Requirements

• HubSpot/RevOps expertise (workflows, routing, reporting)
• Hands-on AI & automation skills (Clay, Ocean, Zapier/Make, LLMs)
• Thinks in systems and can ship MVPs quickly
• Understands outbound craft: ICPs, messaging, list hygiene

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto or fintech
• Familiarity with CRM data migration
• Knowledge of SQL or analytics tools
