📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record for 3 years.
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
• Ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis.
