Description

In this role, you will lead the accounts payable and T&E team, overseeing the procure-to-pay lifecycle, vendor relations, and system implementations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies and ensure financial integrity, while managing a high-performing team and leveraging AI to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant business field.
• 10+ years of work experience with deep background in managing accounts payable functions; public company and/or retail sector preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Extensive experience with financial reporting systems, ERP implementation, and SOX compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, fostering professional excellence.
• Partner with Accounting, Merchandising, Engineering, and IT to design and implement system updates.
• Oversee administration of T&E platform and corporate card program.
• Champion use of agentic AI to improve workflows and enable new AI functionalities.
• Manage monthly close for accounts payable and related accounts, including AP aging and GRNI accounts.
