Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of Groupon's sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and Salesloft, to enhance seller productivity and drive commercial outcomes through automation, AI, and system optimization.

Requirements

  • Strategic and technical leadership experience in sales technology.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, data model, and optimization.
  • Experience with Salesloft strategy, implementation, and adoption.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Analytics.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of Salesforce admins and program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own strategic roadmap for Salesforce, Salesloft, and sales tech ecosystem.
  • Establish scalable architecture standards, governance, and integration frameworks.
  • Lead automation of manual workflows and process improvements in Salesforce.
  • Design structured Salesloft cadence frameworks aligned to funnel strategy.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to reduce seller friction.
