You'll set the technical strategy for an internal Agentic SDK team, enabling product teams to build AI-powered features. Your core impact will be defining the architecture and technical direction for AI at CaptivateIQ, partnering with senior leadership to shape long-term vision. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to define how AI gets built at a growing enterprise software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set multi-year technical strategy for AI platform development with senior EPD leadership.
• Architect foundational AI systems including LLM orchestration and agent patterns.
• Own technical decisions with organization-wide impact under ambiguity.
• Define engineering-wide quality standards for AI development.
• Coach P4 engineers toward staff-level scope and strategic thinking.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering with staff-level technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Experience designing MCP integrations and knowledge systems at scale.
• Track record of setting technical strategy spanning multiple teams.
