You'll join Perk's Customer Care team to provide 7-star service for business travelers using Galileo or Sabre GDS. Your core impact will be managing travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations while mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations
• Arrange European and domestic travel (flights, cars, hotels)
• Communicate with clients via live chat, phone, and email
• Mentor and support junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in air fares and ticketing
• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Sabre GDS
• Previous experience as Business Travel Consultant
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Click Travel customers
• Familiarity with reissuing tickets autonomously
