You'll own the end-to-end invoicing process and ensure data accuracy across all systems, working as a critical partner to the Internal Operations Manager. Every number you touch reflects directly on our financial integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end invoicing process with minimal oversight
• Perform detailed timesheet and expense reconciliations
• Set up new projects with accurate financial structures
• Monitor timesheet submissions and approval cycles
• Support audits, data cleanup, and operational projects

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, finance, or billing
• Impeccable attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
• Proven experience owning an invoicing or billing process independently
• Experience in consulting or professional services preferred
