You'll build the engine and experience for an agentic AI Investigation Agent that helps analysts fight financial crime. Your core impact is owning features end-to-end, from LangGraph workflows to React UIs. This role stands out for high ownership and AI-native engineering practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate backend systems with LangGraph, FastAPI, Postgres, and Redis.
• Build frontend components in React/TypeScript using shadcn/ui.
• Own features end-to-end from specification to production.
• Create eval harnesses and observability pipelines for agent reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Deep backend expertise: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes.
• Strong frontend skills: React, TypeScript, shadcn/ui.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

✨ Nice to Have

• Production experience with LangGraph or Langfuse.
• Prior experience in Anti-Financial Crime domain.
