💼 About This Role

You'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment at Protolabs, a leader in digital manufacturing. Your core impact is ensuring safe, efficient operations through troubleshooting and calibrations. This role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration on reliability improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on support equipment and machines.
• Schedule machine downtime and communicate with supervisors and scheduling.
• Perform technical calibrations using basic measuring equipment.
• Identify reliability improvements and partner with Engineering to execute changes.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V including motors, starters, relays, VFDs

• Vocational/technical school or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field
• Prior experience with CNC machines
