You'll serve as the senior representative of Platform Operations, accountable for the technical health and evolution of Viant's Demand-Side Platform. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve systemic issues and champion operational excellence. This role provides direction and solves complex platform challenges at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee operational health and performance of Viant's DSP
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact technical issues
• Serve as primary liaison between Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Contribute to product roadmap by identifying gaps and advocating features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical ad operations or programmatic advertising
• Deep understanding of DSP functionality and real-time bidding
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Strong grasp of JavaScript and ad tech debugging

• Experience with BigQuery or Python for workflow automation
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects
• Bachelor's degree in technical or quantitative field
