💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day accounting for a growing property management and development company in West Hollywood, reporting directly to the Controller. Your work will drive monthly close processes and financial analysis across multiple entities. This role offers the chance to be the Controller's right hand as the team expands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with monthly accounting close for multiple entities
• Oversee property financials and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements for management and investors
• Coordinate work papers for tax preparers and auditors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 5+ years experience in real estate accounting
• Yardi administration and training experience
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

• Private Equity or Public Accounting experience
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• CAM reconciliation and draw package experience
