You'll ensure referrals include essential clinical data and follow up on delays or denials. This role is bilingual Vietnamese and involves close collaboration with providers and patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete referral forms and input data into referral management systems.
• Track progress of specialty appointments and follow up on missing reports.
• Arrange pre-authorization paperwork and follow up on delays or denials.
• Assist providers in obtaining reports from specialists seen without a referral.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
• Two years' work-related experience or equivalent combination

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian language
• Familiarity with community health clinics
• Working knowledge of insurance programs for prior authorization
