Description

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will engage one-on-one with patients and customers, guiding them to the right cannabis products and consumption methods for their needs. You will educate customers on products, maintain product knowledge, and support retail operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience; specialty retail preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations
Valid driver's license or state ID

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
Educate patients on products, consumption methods, and safety
Utilize product knowledge to recommend effective regimens
Verify order deliveries for accuracy
Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and security procedures
