As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you will help customers understand the value of our product during sales processes by conducting demos, supporting proof of concept sessions, and documenting use cases. You'll work remotely from San Francisco or Seattle and travel up to 30%.

Requirements

  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
  • Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
  • Play with the product and be prepared to give feedback
  • Live in San Francisco or Seattle
  • Experience working remotely

Responsibilities

  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  • Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
  • Support customers during proof of concept sessions
