You'll own the post-sale revenue engine for a large-scale restaurant technology platform, overseeing retention, renewal, and expansion across thousands of customers. You'll design scalable systems and playbooks that drive predictable net revenue retention and expansion. This high-impact role blends strategic leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional influence.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Account Management, owning retention, renewal, and expansion strategy.
- Build scalable renewal and expansion engine for annual and monthly customers.
- Design account health scoring and early warning systems to reduce churn.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive adoption.
π Requirements
- 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sale revenue roles.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams and managers.
- Proven ownership of NRR and GRR metrics.
- Experience running complex renewals across annual and monthly subscription models.

- SaaS or subscription business experience.
- Restaurant or hospitality tech experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
