You'll own and scale the full HR function across a global organization spanning multiple countries. You'll personally drive critical hiring and performance management while building systems. This role is hands-on, working closely with founders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end HR function globally including talent acquisition and operations.
- Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Partner with founders on organisation design and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen alignment and retention.
- Manage global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment structures.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization.
- Strong hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries with diverse employment structures.
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
