💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Pre-Sales module team building agent-facing quote and illustration tools for a leading life insurance technology platform. You'll manage a distributed team of engineers, driving high-quality product initiatives and engineering improvements. This role offers the chance to shape AI-augmented engineering practices across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with product, design, and TPM to introduce new platform features.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Set roadmap for team deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Drive delivery of product initiatives and engineering improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years developing software with at least 3 years of engineering management experience.
• Proficient across the full stack: React, Remix/Next.js, Node, GoLang, and/or Python.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and continuous delivery.
• Ability to define and track key metrics and meet SLAs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
