You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a team at a pop culture-driven retail store. You'll drive customer engagement through product promotion and social media. This role combines operational leadership with a mission to help eliminate hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz through product promotion and social media.
• Manage shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
